Use Roadmap to show which customer requests your team has accepted, started, and completed.

Add planned work from a request

Begin with a request your team has reviewed. Move it from In Review to Planned. Glean Feed creates or updates the linked roadmap item so the customer need and delivery work stay connected.
Roadmap visibility is independent from the request’s board. A roadmap item created from a private, invite-only, or internal request is still public when Roadmap is enabled. Before moving restricted feedback to Planned, make sure its title and description are safe for every customer to see.
Use Target delivery when you want to add an expected quarter or date. Targets are optional and should reflect what your team is prepared to communicate.
The item appears in the Planned roadmap column and links back to the customer request.

Move work through stages

Drag an item between the roadmap columns as work changes: Moving an item back to In Review removes it from the roadmap while keeping the request in Feedback. Status changes stay aligned with the linked request and can notify its original requester. Use status and board filters to focus the columns. Sort a stage by Newest, Oldest, Top voted, or Most commented. Select Load more to fetch another group in that stage.

Choose what customers can see

Workspace owners and admins open Workspace settings → Portal → Behavior and enable Roadmap under Public sections. Planned, in-progress, and completed public work can then appear in the portal and widget; closed work does not. Targets appear on planned or in-progress public items. Completed items do not show a future target.
Select Public Portal in the dashboard sidebar, open Roadmap, and confirm the item appears in the expected stage. If it does not, confirm that Roadmap is enabled and the item is not Closed.
Invite-only beta boards are an advanced feedback-access workflow. Configure them under Workspace settings → Feedback and link each beta board to one roadmap item when a specific tester group needs private access.
