Start with a working feedback loop

If you are setting up a workspace for the first time, follow the quickstart. You will prepare a feedback board, open your public portal, and confirm that a customer request reaches your dashboard. After that first request arrives, use the product guides to manage feedback, share roadmap progress, and publish updates.
