Terms of Service

Glean Feed provides product feedback boards, public portals, roadmap views, changelog tools, notifications, custom domains, and embeddable widgets for product teams. You may use the service only if you can form a binding agreement and only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for activity that happens under your account or workspace.
• Workspace owners and administrators control member access, roles, public portal settings, branding, billing, custom domains, and integrations.
• You must keep authentication links, connected accounts, API credentials, widget secrets, and admin access secure.
• You must promptly remove access for people who should no longer administer a workspace.

You keep ownership of content you submit to Glean Feed, including workspace settings, feedback posts, comments, roadmap data, changelog entries, uploads, branding, and other materials. You grant us the rights needed to host, store, process, display, transmit, and back up that content so we can provide the service.

You are responsible for your content and for making sure you have the rights and notices needed to collect content from your team, customers, and end users.

Glean Feed workspaces may publish public portals and embedded widgets where end users can submit feedback, vote, comment, subscribe to updates, and sign in. Workspace owners are responsible for configuring those portals, moderating content, responding to end-user requests, and using the service in a way that matches their own notices and obligations.

You may not use Glean Feed to:

• Break the law, violate rights, or collect information without required permissions or notices.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, or interfere with service operation.
• Send spam, abusive messages, deceptive content, or content that is harassing, hateful, violent, or exploitative.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, resell, or benchmark the service except where allowed by law or by written permission.
• Store sensitive regulated data unless we have agreed in writing that the service is appropriate for that data.

• Paid plans, limits, and features are described in the product or order flow and may change over time.
• Billing is processed through Stripe. You authorize recurring charges for the selected plan until canceled.
• You are responsible for taxes, payment information, and charges incurred by your workspace.
• If payment fails or a subscription is canceled, we may downgrade, limit, suspend, or terminate paid features after reasonable notice where practical.

Glean Feed relies on and may connect with third-party services such as hosting, database, authentication, billing, email, OAuth, domain, and integration providers. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

We may add, remove, suspend, or change features as the product evolves. We will try to avoid changes that materially harm active paid customers without notice, but we may make urgent changes for security, legal, reliability, or operational reasons.

You may stop using Glean Feed or cancel a paid subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay, or use the service unlawfully. After termination, we may delete or retain data as described in our Privacy Policy and as required for legal, billing, backup, and security purposes.

Glean Feed is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not promise that the service will meet every business requirement or that content will never be lost, delayed, or unavailable.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Glean Feed will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amounts paid to Glean Feed for the affected workspace in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold Glean Feed harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your workspace, your end-user collection practices, your integrations, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts located in North Carolina will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes that are not resolved informally, unless applicable law requires another forum.
